my baby is 2 year old ( weight 10.70)n suffering from fever since last 2 days and fever reoccur after every 5 to 6 hour so can i give meftagesic p to her and how much dose and antibiotic is monocef 50 please tell me the perfect dose for that also

also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics.
all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics.
also dosage is givenx as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice.
