my baby is 2 months old am currently breastfeeding ... I wanted to loose weight.. can I eat instant saffola oats does oats will effect my baby my baby mostly gets constipated... does it will harm him..?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. yes but in balance.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.

No you should not start doing any sort of dieting tell you are a lactating mother because babies overall growth and weight gain depends on mothers diet. And at least till your baby is not start taking solids and water. And you can start giving solids and water only once a baby turned six months old
