My baby is 2 and half month old her urine smells badly what is the reason my baby has multivitamin supplements is the reason for urine smell(A to Z multivitamin DROPS and vitamin D3 DROPS) and sporidex tonic

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. it can be a reason. why are you giving it ok. check with doctor ok also do a urine vtest with doctor consultation ok. give him lots of water if more than six months
