my baby is 2.5 mnth old and my baby is vaccinated today she is having fever...we have given paracetamol drop at 11 am noon ...and at 5 pm. she is having again fever shall we give paracetamol drop again

A. yes you can give you can repeat the dose every 6th hourly . . .give tepid water sponging maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output . . . . .
