Hi doctor, today my baby got vaccinated ipv,opv,rotavirus,pcv and pentavalent at 6 weeks.she got vaccinated at 2pm, but she didn't get any fever as of now. is it mandatory to get fever for everyone and baby took paracetamol at afternoon also. could you please clarify on this once.

A. if the baby is comfortable not having fever nothing to worry no need to give paracetamol It is always advisable to take the vaccines to the baby according to schedule to have proper immunity now you can take the vaccine which are already missed
