See I’m very personally telling you that my doctor advised me to give salt and spices and I gave because my Dr suggested and trust me and never faced a problem in feeding my child if you want to do it you can go ahead with the same otherwise add proper spices into the food to make a flavour some without salt you can also add lemon to give some flavour
