my baby is 1year old. she is suffering prickly heat rash. can I apply coconut oil before bath?

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy5 years agoA. Yes mommy you should apply coconut oil before bath. coconut oil has anti bacterial and anti fu gal properties. this will help the bbay.
also in the afternoons make the kid wear only light loose fitting cotton clothing.
also wipe the body using a damp cloth in the afternoon to wipe the body to avoid rashes as much as possible.
