Q.
My baby is 1year old... He used to sleep for long hours at night and wake up only twice for feeding buy from past 5 days he wakes up every 2hrs at night to breastfeed. Does this mean he's not getting enough food or is it becoz if growth spurt.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom it could be because if any of the two reasons you mentioned . The pattern at times keeps on changing as well too . Also check on what he is eating at night is it filling enough . Animal milk can also be introduced now to him
