my baby is 19 month old she not eat any vegitables or pulses in mill what can I do ?

A. Few kids are picky eaters so you need to handle them with patience and keep trying new Jew recipes and try adding pulses in roti like dal parantha or stuffed parantha pulao khichdi Upma with vegetables

A. Try to add n sambar or soups. Every food is important. Especially fruits veggies dals. you may give fruits like apple, banana, avocado chicko, pear, veggies like carrot Potato, beetroot, sweet potato brocoli, bottle gourd all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet.
