Q.

My baby is 18 months old.Now I am suffering from lower back and knee pain.Can I start iron and calcium tablets prescribed by doctor during pregnancy?

A. u may start calcium n vit d tabs.. do massafe knee in circular motion woth mustard oil or sesame oil on daily basis will definetely help u. t. c..
