follow healthy lifestyle with proper diet and water intake .
regular daily walking and yoga is beneficial

No worries it will happen when it has to happen you just wait because you know there is no certainty when the periods are going to come after delivery can even take two years with Women which is very natural so do not worry about it completely normal thing
