Q.

My baby is 11 months old. She Weights 7.3kg. I have requested the doctor for weight gain and doctor gave me the APTIMUST syrup to have 2.5 ml twice a day. Is it fine to have the medicine for the baby and will it have any side effects

A. Yes, you can continue giving the syrup as it improve appetite of the baby.

A. You may give it if prescribed by your Paediatrician. Give a balanced diet containing all food groups

A. aptimust syrup is given to promote appetite in babies....and No side effects....... also your baby weight is low..so feed him 5 me a ka a d as y and everything what you cook for family and limit milk intake to 500 ml a day
