my baby is 11 months old now but still he has not got teeth is it a matter of concern?

no it's okay..
babies can get their first milk teeth sometimes late maximum upto the age of 18 months..
keep checking for the signs of teething and wait for some more time

give her supplements as suggested by doctor
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
