my baby is 11 month running n day before yesterday I gave her pomegranate 1st time n she feeling cold from yesterday n fever. I given 3 times paracetamol drop to her yesterday , when I given drop the fever will gone again after 4 to 6 hrs fever is coming. Shall I put wet water cloth to her forehead. Also shall I gave drop in mid nyt once means in 5 to 6 hrs gap. please advise.

A. Hi mom Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
