my baby is 11 month and has 14teeth and 2on the way... can I use toothbrush and baby toothpaste... because he started some oral smells....

yes you can start brushing your kids teeth twice daily soon after the eruption process of first milk teeth..
use small head soft bristles toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of kids toothpaste
