ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. is ok make sure baby gets sunlight exposure daily. maintain hydration and nutritious diet include milk curd buttermilk ragi cheese in diet , which are good sources of calcium Consult with your doctor for examination and treatment for the same

This is normal.
Babies they get whole set of 20 primary teeth by three years of age. So no need to worry. Ur baby will erupt rest of the teeth within this time frame. Take care
