my baby is 10 weeks old he rarely smile at me.he is smiling at fan always he is looking at face but not smiling. is this normal behaviour

A. baby must be more than three months to recognise the mother have social smile. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
