my baby is 10 months old.. he has a white patch near his mouth corner of half inch.. it is getting more visible day by day.. we did his CBP n vit d test 1 month before it shows vit d deficiency ... earlier I was not giving him vit d n cal supplements but now I started with 1ml vit d ... any more thing to do or any other reason for this ..he started icthing n small bumps near his both thighs n chest neck region

For this type of patches  need to examine ur baby throughly. 
And also rule out that these are since birth or after that. 
If not since birth then 
These patches  may be allergic or infective(fungal or becterial)  in origin. 
Need to examine ur baby 
Visit ur nearest pediatrician 
He will examine ur baby and guide u in a better way.    y
