RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Sometimes this can happen due to excess saliva also and sometimes it could be due to some deficiency of calcium Ruskin related problem so see if it is not spreading then it is completely alright otherwise you have to get a check with your doctor ones
