my baby is 1 yr and 2 moths old boy he has cold more often what to do? pls help me

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ haftric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there could be associarted symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

If It’s happening every now and then then I think it would be important for you to get a check with an allergy specialist because a lot of time these things are completely associated with some kind of an allergy that is there in the body so it’s better to consult a specialist in this area
