My baby is 1 year 10 months old, could see some dandruff kind of white particle in her head and she is having itching too. Using coconut oil daily , is there anything else which we can use to get rid of this itching issue

A. hi. try spoo shampoo to waah her hairs. also do oiling regukarly woth any good hair oil. if no cure ,kindly consult ur doctor. t. c

A. hi yes please continue with application of coconut oil use mild shampoo like Babyhug shampoo for washing your child hair but avoid giving frequent head baths
