my baby is 1 month old and she has not pooped for 4 Days this happened 2 times after birth ? kindly help why this is happening?

A. hello the breasyfed baby will have less waste n can go without passing motion even for a week n if baby is not paassing motion even after a week then js better to chevk with ur doctir b she will be able to guide u accordiny
