My baby is 1 month and 17 days old and I’m c section mom so can I use stairs

Yes of course you can use stairs but not too much once or twice in a day if it is important you know otherwise right now you should just take rest for at least 40 to 50 days after your C-section after that you can climb twice in the day but still not much
