my baby having lots of pimples on his both legs and on some places also. What can be the reason and what I need to do, to remove pimples

This is not even looking like a mosquito bites it could be either due to some allergy or infection or maybe it’s due to some chickenpox or small box kind of a thing it is going to be better to have an assessment with your doctor physically so that you can start with the right treatment
