Q.
My baby has these small red pimples all over body and increasing slowly . What could be reason . Paediatrician said thats nothing it will go on uts own. But i am concern.

This is looking like some kind of an allergy I would recommend you to kindly consult your skin doctor for that maybe they can help you with the right kind of treatment after understanding what exactly is the reason behind this problem as of now you can apply calamine lotion
