My baby has not been peeing in diaper for past 2-3 days. What could be the reason?

Yes, when she wakes up (not fully though at times) and I change her from diaper to a langot, she pees.
Not sure why she isn't peeing in the diaper.

Is this a situation where your child is sleeping and not urinating in diaper but when the child wakes up the child passes urine because you have not given all the details so it is a possibility while sleeping kids do not pass urine but when they wake up they pass sufficient amount of urine that is okay but if the urine is not only happening then it is a problem
