my baby has completed 4 months and got vaccinated 2 days back. After that she is not sleeping and drinking milk properly.She is vomitting and stool is also like water...what can be done???

A. vomiting and watery stool it could be because of indigestion you can give Himalaya bonnison drops to treat digestion issues apply coconut oil on baby tummy area and gently massage in circular motion
