Q.
My baby has been doing very hard stool from last 4 months every time he tries hard to pass stool what to do ? he is taking fiber and water also in adequate quantity

Poornima SinghMom of 3 children2 years agoA. Put green vegetables more, my kid was also suffered from same i usually offer her Palak which can be in khichadi, soup , partha, smoothie all alternate day, u can introduce soaked munka also ,papaya

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. Start giving butter milk to your child on an every day basis twice a day and prune juice in the night before your child goes to sleep and start the day with a glass of warm water that is what is going to be very helpful for you
