my baby has a cold and cough we consulted a ped near our home and he prescribed us some medicine which is not healing him.Our regular ped had prescribed us Alex junior 2.5ml 3 times a day ..8.9kgs is the syrup safe?

A. Your doctor has suggested then you can go ahead with that the dose seems to be very high as per the age and weight both of your child but what your doctor has suggested would be on the basis of the problem that is there so you can go for what your paediatrician has suggested
