what is the prescribed medicine for a baby having a cough and sneezing problem?

One.can.not prescribe medication without examining her.
But some home remedies that would be of much help.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't expose her to winds
Use Lukewarm non RO water for drinking
You may give her home steam from safe distance.
You may give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the daytime (don't wake her up though)
