My baby had fever since 8 PM and i realized it by 10:30 and gave him calpol by 11:15 pm....Did i gave him medicine too early??I mean should I wait for more time??and may I know the reason for his fever?? although the climate were I stay currently has also become hot since last 3 days.

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would dbe helpful for cthe doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
