Q.
my baby had 14 months now.. after delivery iam not active in household things. all tests done due to severe leg pains. reports are quite common..may i know the reason for inactive and pains

eat protein rich diet.
stay hydrated.
nap often. walk for half an hour daily

Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
Try alternative therapy like homeopathic medicine
There may be some nutritional deficiency
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
