ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. parent your kid is 1 year 8 months old kindly plot the growth of the chart like weight and length on the growth chart for accurate estimation of the child's growth in case the child growth is in appropriate you may supplement the baby e with iron rich foods in addition to the calorie rich products

At one year weight is triple to birth weight
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Give adequate water
Maintain hygiene
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana
Offer different varieties of food in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting
