my baby got stomach infection and docter gave some medicines to cure vomiting and motions were stopped but baby is not eating any thing from 2 days only drinking water plz help I am worried about my baby how to feed my baby she is not showing interest and when I am trying to feed her any thing she is crying

A. as she has stomach infection , her aooetite is kess currently hense nit intrested in eating anything. .offer her ors,watern otger liquide food, offer her snall amount ofceasyvto digest food..
