my baby got fever yesterday. Given dolo drops. then reduced for some time. every 4 hours I was giving. Still he have fever and not allowing to breastfeeding

A. continue with dolo drops.. refusing feeding us common in fever, but still try yo feed more often, give other fluids too. also offer semi solids food. do follw up visit to your treating doctor
