hi my 9month 29days baby has 102 temp I gave dolo drops but still fever had not reduced, pls suggest immediately

A. if the child is 9 months old suffering from high grade fever you can give Paracetamol to the child and repeat every 6 hours if required and consult your doctor for proper examination
