Babies of this age usually rub their their eyes or rub their ears when they have irritation in their mouths due to teething.
So check the oral cavity

Hello ma’am Sometimes there is that in the eyes sometimes you know some things fall into the I in trouble the Eyes of the child maybe which is why your child is behaving like this so just put a drop of water in clean the eyes with a soft cloth to relief your child
