My baby girl is 7 months old and is having loose motions since morning she is not eating any thing Please advise

Keep hydrated that is very much important for her give some ORS , if required coconut water , some fresh fruit juice etc in small quantities as she is comfortable to take it .. fir force her to take much ..
also fruits can be given and mild flavoured foods such as suji porridge, kichidi etc
