my baby girl is 7 month 6 days old from last 4 days she is pooping 4 4tyms nd sometimes red mucous in it...I am giving her apple carrot cerelac

A. Hello mom, It might be due to carrots. Try feeding another food.. Keep baby hydrated, give vegetables soups fresh homemade juices
