my baby girl is 5 months old but not gaining weight properly as she is exclusively breast feed

A. Maybe your breastfeeding is not enough for your vehicle child to give sufficient amount of weight which is expected to be at least 500 g in a month so looking at that I would highly recommend you to kindly proceed with giving formula to the child
