Q.
My baby girl is 5 months old but her weight is 4.8 kg. Is she underweight?? Although she is active and doing everything according to her age. what should I do?? please suggest.

You have to check what was the birth rate and how much as your child gain it should be minimum 2 1/2 kg then the birth weight of your child if that is there then this is an appropriate weight gain for the child so there is no problem with weight if it is less then you should give formula to the child
