Q.

My baby girl is 28days old and at birth she was 3.45kg now gained the weight at 3.5kg should i wake her up from sleep and feed both breastfeeding and formula is her weight low? I am worried

A. Actually if you look at it your child hasn’t gained anything in a month where we expect the child to gain at least 500 g in a month so I’m going to recommend you to kindly consult your doctor for that help can only be provided after examining what is the situation situation why the child is gaining weight because the child should be at least four kgs minimum as of now
