my baby girl is 13 months old and has 8 teeth, can I use brush and tooth paste , if yes please suggest good toothbrush and paste to her..

Use fluoride free toothpaste from the brands like mee mee , pigeon , Colgate etc. and use finger brush as that will be easy for you to use
