my baby girl is 1 year complete she is not activity proper and shi is lethargic and not proper standing

A. hi ji , in such cases ,vitamin deficiency causes this so first , i advise to give curd , different seeds ,nuts ,beans etc to your child give atleast 20 minute exposure of sunlight everyday
