Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. whenever tooth eruption face is about to occur there is itching and pain sensations as well as there will be swelling in the gums of the child and you can press the gums to decrease the pain as well as if the child is crying you can give paracetamol to decrease the pain

Common symptoms of teething are
Drooling , fever , cranky behavior , upset tummy , stomach infection etc
Stop giving her milk other than BM
Give her probiotics like curd buttermilk lassi etc more
take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
