during the teething phase kids show various signs check out for them..
such as excessive drooling of saliva, soarness and itching in the gums, swollen and hardened gums, raised body temperature and loose motions

Check for the swollen gums or any tooth erupting under the gums.. If yes then that means ur baby is on teething now.. To give relief from pain during teething u can start to give ur baby teethers
