Q.

my baby girl 40days old she looks at one direction on upper side always I talk to her but she does not look at me is there any problem

A. compared to their 1st month, when they only focus on objects about a foot away, babies three or four months of age have better color perception and can start to make out other objects besides faces, like toys. by 4 months, they should also start to show more conscious behavior like reaching for their toys and smiling deliberately at you when you make eye contact. babies might show a reflexive smile, grinningd for no apparent reason, from birth, but between 4 weeks to 4 months, they'll develop a social smile, either responding to another person or trying to get someone else to smile at them. d

A. Kids don’t have any clear vision in this age so you really cannot be judging this situation with the child looks up or down or only looking at the ceiling and all this is a very common situation after three months if you do not see any better men into the behaviour of the child when it comes to rotating the eyes are looking elder then it can be assigned for a problem but currently this is normal
