my baby getting fever she had 6th month now I don't know her body is cool to touch but her hands and legs and back hot to touch

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce feverif you are concern regarding this query for this it ishg better to take guidance with your doctor and doctor will give you all clarification regarding your query so you can consult your doctor once
