My baby didn't passes her urine from last night 10 PM to now 10 am what would be the reason even though she is drinking more water please suggest

A. if the frequency of urination is more than seven times every day then there is no need to worry but if it is less than kindly give plenty of water to drink and food rich in fluids and keep the child in cool atmosphere
