my baby did not get all teeth.... he got only upper 6 and lower only two teeth

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist2 years agoA. Hi kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3 -3.5 years . so don't be tensed and wait.. hope you have started brushing your kid's teeth twice daily
